The videoclip for «Defective Vending Machine» from Basel’s insider tip «The Hoaniêu» (now: «Cinder Tapes») arose from a methodology for graphic notation that was solely developed for this cause. The transformation from the abstract into the allegedly meaningful creates the illusion of a narration. The spectator can perceive in various ways. The single frames of the video were numbered and printed on natural recycling paper. Thereout we designed the unfoldable CD cover and the corresponding booklet.
